including South Eastern Divisional Champion in Friday’s first National Bartender Olympics and a silver medal in the National Championship Finals. Magic is known in the industry as the "Father of Flair." Furthermore, he created, organized, and judged the first European Bartender Olympics for Friday’s U.K., and consulted the franchise group in Mexico on showmanship and flair. Magic opened and trained the bar staffs at 53 T.G.I. Friday’s and Dalt’s around the world, plus he aided in compiling their training and bartending materials. In addition, he opened the first Friday’s hotel concept (Ramada Inns) adjusted the training manuals to fit the hotel industry. Magic’s experience and innovative thinking gives ShowTenders® an edge above their competition. His professional career in the hospitality industry has given him the wisdom to conceive, and take advantage of, exceptional business opportunities. In 1990, Werner utilized his knowledge and skills to venture into his own business concept, Magic Mike, Inc. Then, he co-founded ShowTenders, Inc. in 1991 with James Michael Patrick Skeadas. brings to ShowTenders® a wealth of knowledge from both the U.S. and abroad. His experience includes various hospitality positions. He managed the beverage department and trained staffs at several high volume night clubs and bars in New England area. Then, while working for Club Med in Africa and Guadeloupe, he organized and supervised highly publicized events and catering for groups as large as 10,000 persons. Moreover, during his career at Friday’s, Skeadas traveled internationally to train employees and give sales seminars. Furthermore, he aided in the design of the European Friday’s and training programs for TGIF/Whitbread International. In 1990, he joined Magic Mike, Inc. and in 1991 co-founded ShowTenders® with Magic Mike Werner.
